Cheng Shi,  Ph.D

Executive Director

Cheng is the founder of CNY Global Foundation. A seasoned high-tech executive with 30 years of experience in electronic design automation and design for testability.  Cheng is channeling his passion now towards education and financial empowerment, helping families reach their financial dreams. He founded CNY Global Foundation to leverage his network and expertise to support those in need.

Michelle Zeng

Deputy Director

Michelle is the co-founder of CNY Global Foundation. A chemist by background, Michelle has been working in the telecommunications industry, in the San Francisco Bay Area,  as a leader in sales and marketing. As the matriarch of the CNY family, Michelle has dedicated much of her life to selflessly giving to her family, as well as to the community through her service with CNY Foundation.

Jade Shi

Director of Marketing & Media Relations

Jade leads Marketing and Media Relations for CNY Global Foundation. She also serves as the Senior Account Executive for Rogers & Cowan PMK, in their the Multicultural Marketing & Communications divisions. A graduate of USC's Annenberg School with a degree in Public Relations, Jade is passionate about using storytelling to create empowering and compelling  content that engages audiences and generates conversation. Jade also sits on the Junior Board for non-profit organization Dream a World Education, advising the organization on strategic media relations.

Lin Shi

Director of Finance & Operations

Lin leads Finance and Operations for CNY Global Foundation. An actuary by background, she helps multinational organizations with employee wellbeing and global retirement through her work as a Global Consultant at Mercer. Lin also serves in a leadership capacity in a number of non-profit organizations, including on the Executive Board of Directors for Pathways LA, and as Curator of the Los Angeles Global Shapers, an initiative of the World Economic Forum. She is also a Mira Fellow, a Fulbright Alumni Ambassador, and the founder of Money Health Collective.
